The Role
Take on an immediate temp opportunity as a Senior HRBP for a major global manufacturing and distribution business. This immediate-start contract puts you at the center of a large-scale AU business unit, where you’ll partner with site managers to maintain operational stability and uphold best-practice HR standards on the ground.
Your role
End-to-End HRBP Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle
Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex matters, investigations, and compliance within an industrial framework.
Change Management: Support change initiatives and organisational design projects.
Systems & Data: Oversee P&C operations to drive data integrity and reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with AU Head of P&C and global executives to support people strategies.
About You
Experience: Strong background as an HR Generalist, ideally within a blue-collar or industrial environment.
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating ER matters and site-based people operations.
Availability: Immediate start required for a 2-month temporary contract.
